You will need to email admin with your order number and reference to the conditions of the item(s) you received, including the photo of the shipment or products for us to issue a replacement or refund authorization form. Please be advised on the following;

A product that has been disassembled or has been taken off from the packaging, or the quality seal has been broken, will be deemed as non-refundable or non-replaceable.
