You will need to email admin@watint.com.au with your order number and reference to the conditions of the item(s) you received, including the photo of the shipment or products for us to issue a replacement or refund authorization form. Please be advised on the following;

  1. A product that has been disassembled or has been taken off from the packaging, or the quality seal has been broken, will be deemed as non-refundable or non-replaceable.

  2. We do not cover return shipping fees.
