SHIPPING POLICY
Please make sure your delivery address is valid and correct. PO Box, Parcel collect and restricted area are forbidden. You may not be covered by insurance if your details are incorrect.
If the customer changes the shipping address once the order has been dispatched, extra shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
If the customer changes the shipping setting set by WAT it may result in the package no longer being covered by the insurance and WAT will not be liable (i.e. changing the package from signature to authorise to leave)
What are your delivery options?
WAT INT offers these delivery options:
1. Purchase over $300.00 aud Free shipping (Excluding Gel blaster)
2. Standard shipping with signature $14.95
3. Express shipping with signature $24.95
4. Shipping Gel blasters with insurance $34.95
Orders will be dispatch within 24-48hrs (excluding weekend and Holidays). All orders made on the Saturday and Sunday will be dispatch the following Monday.

How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to the customer's email, in the next day after the purchase. It will automatically send updates of the parcel to the provided email.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the stage. Apologies to our international customers.
