SHIPPING POLICY

Please make sure your delivery address is valid and correct. PO Box and restricted area are forbidden. You may not be covered by insurance if your details are incorrect. 

If the customer changes the shipping address once the order has been dispatched, extra shipping cost will be charged to the customer. 

 If the customer changes the shipping details set by WAT it may result in the package no longer being covered by the insurance and WAT will not be liable (i.e. changing the package from signature to authorise to leave)

 

What are your delivery options?

WAT INT offers these delivery options:

1. Standard shipping with signature $14.95

2. Express shipping with signature $24.95

3. Shipping Gel blasters with insurance $34.95

 Orders will be dispatch within 24-48hrs (excluding weekend and Holidays). All orders made on the Saturday and Sunday will be dispatch the following Monday. 

What is the expected delivery timeframe?

Please note this timeframe is provided by Australia post. Delivery timeframe may vary depending on weather and public holidays. These estimated delivery timeframe starts once Australia post received the parcels. Not when the order is placed online. 

 

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to the customer's email, once the order has been dispatched. It will automatically send updates of the parcel to the provided email.

International Shipping Disclaimer:

The buyer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.

Return & Exchange Policy
  • If you find any issue on the product, please contact us in 24 hours of receiving your item(s) for any kind of question

  • Unreasonable refund is not acceptable unless the item(s) is faulty due to a manufacturing defect. 

  • Any item that feature a manufacturing defect will have the return shipping cover if the item is still within a reasonable condition

  • The returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition. It also must contain all original products & accessories with the original packaging and box to qualify for a return.

  • The customer has to afford all return shipping fee and any tax may cause for a change of mind.

  • The original shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be given after the goods are returned and verified received by WAT INTERNATIONAL PTY LTD.

  • This return policy does not cover any item(s) that are abused, altered, misused, or damaged by accident or purposely. You the buyer understands that these products are moderately durable objects, but they are not indestructible. If these products/item(s) are mishandled or roughly handled the product will be damaged. You the buyer understands that and the return policy does not cover such conditions.

  • You the buyer understands that it is fully your responsibility to check your local laws and tax regulation before purchasing this product(s)/item(s).
